When you submit the "Partner with us" contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organization (optional), and your message. Our server also records the submission time and the originating IP address for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

When you apply for a role through our Careers pages, we additionally collect the details you submit in the application form — including your name, contact details, location, education, experience, and the résumé and cover-letter files you upload — for the purpose of evaluating your application.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to communicate with you about a potential partnership or your request, and to assess job applications. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored securely on our server and may also be delivered to our team by email. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted on request or in line with our internal retention practices.

Your rights

Cookies & analytics

This website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts and a JavaScript library from a public CDN (unpkg.com); these providers may receive your IP address as part of serving those resources.
